CAD/CAM Works
Proceeding with 3D modeling considering undercut and formability utilizing CATIA and POWER SHAPE programs.
Mold Manufacturing
Manufacturing molds using casting (F/C) and steel (SP) according to the product shape.
Press Forming
Forming metal plates using the presses of 400/800/1300 ton according to the product shape and size.
Assembly
Formed products are fixed with the dedicated jig, and assembled into the ASSY products of the highest level through robot welding and spot welding.

2013 제주도 가을여행을 다녀와서
낭만의 섬 제주도 가을여행을 무사히 마쳤습니다. 제주여행에서 얻은 좋은 기억들은 회사발전의 활력소가 될 것이라고 믿어 의심치 않습니다. 버려야 할 나쁜 것들은 다 버리고 새로움으로 채워진 아름다운 여행이었다는 것은 한층 밝아진 여러분들의 얼굴에서 능히 짐작할 수 있습니다. 제주여행을 통해서 긍정과 감사로 채워진 멋진 우리들이기에 설혹 우리들 앞에 걸림돌이 나타난다고 하더라도 그것을 능히 디딤돌로 만들어서 전진만이 있는 진격의 씨제이프로텍이 되리라고 확신합니다. 단체사진 4컷을 포토게시판에 올렸습니다. 사진을 보면서 미소짓는 사우들을 생각하며 행복에 젖어 봅니다. 사랑합니다.
