  • Step 01

    Data reception and analysis

    • Checking the data reception history and the family tree
    • It is the stage of receiving data from customers, checking the formability and devising the method of construction.
  • Step 02

    CAD/CAM Works

    • 3D modeling is carried out using CATIA and Power Shape programs.
    • Designing the smallest sized mold considering undercut and formability.
  • Step 03

    Pattern Making

    • Manufacturing the casting pattern using styrofoam based on the modeling data.
  • Step 04

    Mold Making

    • Making the mold using casting (FC) and steel (SP) according to the shape and size of the product.
  • Step 05

    Mold CNC Machining

    • Machining of the shape section and structure section is proceeded with NC 12/15/21 machines.
  • Step 06

    Panel Press Forming

    • Forming the plate using a 400/800/1300 ton press depending on the shape and size of the product
  • Step 07

    Laser 3D Cutting

    • 3D laser cutting processing of the part that cannot be processed with a prototype stage mold.
  • Step 08

    Assembly

    • The molded product is fixed with a dedicated jig and assembled into ASS'Y product of the highest level through robot welding and spot welding.
    • The quality of press hemming degree is secured through the robot roller hemming process.
  • Step 09

    Inspection

    • We realize the flawless and perfect quality through visual inspection, inspection tool (C/F), multi-joint measurement, ultrasonic inspection and CMM inspection process.
  • Step 10

    Delivery

    • Products are placed on the pallets specially made for each part, and we shipped them to the customers.
